• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz rum (divided)
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• pineapple slices, for garnish (optional)

Steps to Make It

• Blend strawberries, lime juice and rum in a blender.
• Pour the mixture into prepared shot glasses and place in the freezer.
• Blend rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut.
• Pour it into the first mixture made, swirl if desired.
• Garnish with pineapple then serve. Enjoy.
